KEITH GRAHAM BOOTH (PAPPA SMURF) I say this every year, but I know I'm extremely lucky to be still be able to say this to you and I want you to know exactly how much you mean to me not only on this special day but every day. I am SO PROUD of you and being your Daughter- You are my very own Incredible, Extraordinary Hero. I can't even imagine what you go through each & every single day to try and live a "normal life". Nobody really knows what is happening inside and the inner strength, courage and determination you have to keep all the "bad guys" at bay. Looking at you, people don't really know how ill you are, because you rarely speak about the daily ongoing pain you have; sometimes though its hard to hide and I know that's its frustrating for you as you don't like people treating you differently. I love how you never take life for granted, so thankful for everything & always making sure that you make the most of each day, in doing so; making sure you create loads of happy memories for us to cherish. I know that you have always had two amazing male role models, that you look up to & aspire to be like - that's your Dad (my remarkable GRANDAD BOOTH, (who continues to amaze all of us each day & I know that he is so proud of you and loves to see you happy) & GRANDAD KEN (who I know is watching over his "son" with pride, a huge smile & whiskey in his hand) both have shown you that you have to live your life to the full and never give up. I also want to take this opportunity to Thank MUM - We both know that if it wasn't for her, I would not have you here today. It takes someone so special to do the things she does, years of love, care and home dialysis has allowed you to keep fighting. You two were truly meant to be together from the start & I'm so lucky to have you both. So Dad, just continue to be the guy I love, the one that makes me so proud & continue to live life to the full. Keep fighting and never give up. Always remember you don't need a Superhero Cape to make you my Hero, you have Hawaiian Shirts. Happy Fathers Day Dad Love you Always & Forever Michelle xxx
